We are listening carefully to all updates from the authorities and are taking advice on a daily basis. Please note at the moment it is business as usual at Upwey House. We are increasing our hygiene levels to the VERY highest levels and implementing anti-bacterial deep cleans between stays. We are ordering in extra supplies of hand sanitiser, linen, cleaning cloths and anti-bacterial cleaning agents. And of course, toilet roll! We are ensuring that our staff and suppliers follow the Public Health England guidelines should they become symptomatic and have contingency plans in place should any of our staff or suppliers be unable to work. We shall not be cancelling any stays at Upwey House UNLESS PHE put the house and a 1 mile perimeter around it on lock-down. At the moment this is NOT the case. In such a case we shall be in touch immediately and all guests will be entitled to a full refund or can rebook their stay. If guests feel they need to cancel their stay at Upwey House please do get in touch and consult your travel/wedding insurance for further advice.
