Ringstead
Ringstead is a large bedroom with sink, boasting outstanding views, two twin beds and a double sofa bed. This room often works well for children that want to share and there is a room for an additional z-bed. Sink in bedroom.
Purbeck
A king-sized double room on the ground floor next door to the WC/cloakroom. Ideal for disabled access. Space for a cot.
Lucerne
A quiet, single or small twin room (if the trundle bed is used) with sink.
Montague
A cosy double room with space for a cot. Ensuite with Jack and Jill bathroom. Space for a cot.
Amandolier
One of our larger bedrooms with a sink and stunning views, Amandolier houses two twin beds and plenty of space for a cot or z-bed.

Haverstock
A double room that shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with Montague. Space for a cot of z-bed.
Pinchbeck
A small twin room with sink in the quieter end of the house.

Richmond
A calming, king-sized room with sink in the North Wing of the house with ensuite bathroom. Space for a cot of z-bed.
Playroom
The playroom (located on the ground floor) can be used as an additional bedroom when you have more than 18 guests staying at the house using a double sofa bed.
Bedrooms
Each of the nine bedrooms at Upwey House has been named and decorated individually giving the house bundles of character and making it feel like a home away from home. A combination of single, twin, double and king-sized beds have been furnished with high quality mattresses and luxurious linen.
Eight of the bedrooms are on the first floor and one king-sized bedroom is on the ground floor next door to the WC/cloakroom making it easier for those guests who prefer not to negotiate stairs. Additional sofa beds and put-up beds can be used to accommodate up to another 6 guests. There is a cot and a travel cot for our younger guests. There are four luxuriously-appointed bathrooms in the house, each with a WC, separate bath and separate walk-in shower.
For additional accommodation, guests can make use of Strawberry Cottage which is just at the base of the driveway (5 minute maximum stroll from the house). Strawberry Cottage is bright, cosy and characterful. With two beautifully appointed double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, the cottage offers additional accommodation for large groups staying at Upwey House or for those guests who don’t want to miss out on the party but prefer a little more privacy. The cottage is just a 3 minute stroll to Upwey House itself. Strawberry Cottage is run and managed separately to Upwey House.
